Highland Cycle Ability Centre
Alan Jones Associates were invited by Watermill Foundation Ltd to secure and thereafter complete a Feasibility Study and Business Plan which would demonstrate evidence of need and community support for the creation of a new all-abilities cycle track at the Watermill.
Following the successful completion of the above, Alan then assisted with funding applications to Highland LEADER, sportscotland, the Ward Discretionary Budget, and The Robertson Trust. Funding of £220,000 was secured by Alan Jones as well as the three year funding of the post of Track Coordinator.
Alan was the Project Manager throughout the entire process.
