Case Studies

Following 3 public open meetings which attracted more than 100 local people at each event, we carried out an online survey to further highlight evidence of need. This demonstrated there was significant community support for developing the old Picture House into a Community Arts Hub. The meetings were followed up with an online Survey asking local people to rank the key component parts of the proposed new Hub, how frequently they would use these facilities and questions about a proposed pricing policy and membership scheme.

The Outcome was a Community Arts Hub model and the project is now moving forward seeking capital funding.
